Strategy
Iron Frontier Command
★★★★☆ 4.4
Iron Frontier Command is a slower, thoughtful strategy game. You manage resources, build up a base, and send units out across a grid map to take objectives. Everything is offline, so there's no timer pressure forcing you back to your phone every hour.
The AI puts up a decent fight on the higher difficulties. You have to read the map, hold chokepoints, and decide when to expand versus turtle up. It rewards patience more than fast tapping, which suits a game you play in longer sittings.
It's not the flashiest thing visually, but the systems are solid and the campaign missions escalate at a fair pace. If you like planning over reflexes, this one's worth a look.
